1. Acceptance of terms

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and all related content are owned or licensed by PCG MGR LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to (a) copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the service; (b) upload viruses or malicious code; (c) use the site to harass, defame, or violate any law; or (d) interfere with others’ enjoyment of the service. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation.

6. User-generated content

If you post or upload content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for 99.9 % uptime and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, but we make no promises that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accessible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCG MGR LLC and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Palm Beach County, Florida. Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. The arbitration clause is conspicuous and satisfies Florida contract law.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us or other users.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post changes on this page and, for material changes, email you 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intent, and all remaining provisions will remain in full force.

14. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PCG MGR LLC regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.

Standards we follow

We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and comply with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and relevant Florida statutes.

How we maintain accessibility

• Regular testing. We run automated scans and manual audits with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation at least twice a year.
• Continuous improvement. New features are reviewed for color contrast, focus order, alt-text, ARIA labelling, and form-field clarity before launch.
• Third-party content. When we embed tools or media from external vendors, we require them to meet WCAG 2.1 AA or higher and monitor for issues.
